0.5mg Ipratropium Bromide

Dosage and Administration
COMBIHALE is intended for nebulization only. The dosage varies based on the severity of the condition and the patient’s age:
Adults and Adolescents (≥12 years): 1 respule every 6 to 8 hours as needed for bronchospasm. For acute severe asthma, 1 respule every 20 minutes for up to 3 doses, then as needed for up to 3 hours1.
Children (<12 years): There is limited experience with using this medication in children under 12 years1.
Contraindications
