Composition:
Ophthalmic Suspension (Eye Drops):Tobramycin U.S.P.: 3.00 mg/ml
Dexamethasone U.S.P.: 1.00 mg/ml
Other ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, edetate disodium, boric acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and purified water.
Ophthalmic Ointment: Tobramycin U.S.P.: 3.00 mg/gm
Dexamethasone U.S.P.: 1.00 mg/gm
Other ingredients: Mineral oil and white petrolatum (preservative-free).
Clinical Pharmacology:
Tobramycin: Aminoglycoside antibiotic that interferes with bacterial protein synthesis.
Active against Staphylococci, Streptococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E. coli, and other microorganisms.
Dexamethasone: Potent anti-inflammatory corticosteroid.

Bacterial Ocular Infections.
Inflammatory conditions of the: Palpebral and bulbar conjunctiva.

Contraindications:
Epithelial herpes simplex keratitis (dendritic keratitis).
Viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva (vaccinia, varicella).
Mycobacterial eye infections.
