Description

V-Med (losartan potassium + hydrochlorothiazide) is an antihypertensive medication primarily used for treating hypertension (high blood pressure). Additionally, it reduces the risk of stroke in patients with an enlarged heart and high blood pressure. Losartan potassium relaxes blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, while hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic, increases urine production, reducing fluid volume and blood pressure.
